Owners spend most of their time in the owner portal, not in VRTrust itself. White labeling lets you put your own domain and branding on that experience, so owners see your company from login through to their statements.

Note: The full white label owner portal option is currently in limited rollout. If you're interested in white-labeling your owner portal, reach out to your account manager or contact support to get started.

Custom domain. Covers the owner portal and the links included in owner emails. Login briefly passes through the VRPlatform domain before returning owners to your branded domain. Existing owner permissions and team isolation still apply.

Branding. Your logo, colors, company name, and contact details carry across the portal, owner emails, and PDFs. The "Made with VRPlatform" footer can be hidden.

Email. Owner emails send from a verified sender address with your company's domain, with a reply-to address of your choosing.

Layouts, fonts, and spacing stay fixed across all white-labeled portals, with branding limited to what keeps those layouts working reliably. The following are outside the current scope:

- Custom Fonts

White labeling is set up by our support team on your behalf — there's no code or deployment involved on either side:
