Owner Viewer Management (VRTrust)

Invite, remove, and resend invitations to owner portal viewers

Who This Applies To: This article is intended for VRTrust users managing owner portal access and owner viewers.

What is a Viewer?

Viewers are able to view a specific owner's portal data, but won't be able to manage access or make changes.

Managing Viewers

Within the owner management workflow, you can now:

  • Add new viewers

  • Resend pending invites

  • Remove existing viewers

  • Review viewer access permissions

Invite a Viewer:

  1. Navigate to the Owners page

  2. Select an owner

  3. Locate the Owner portal access section

  4. Click Invite viewer

  5. Enter their email and click the blue button

Remove a Viewer:

  1. Click the ellipses next to the person you want to remove

  2. Select remove access

Resend a Viewer Invite:

  1. Click the ellipses next to the person you want to resend the invite to

  2. Select resend invitation

Manage Notification Settings:

Third-party viewers can manage their own notification settings from the owner portal. To do this:

  1. Click Settings from the left hand menu

  2. Check the box to receive an email notification when monthly owner statements are published

  3. Uncheck the box to stop receiving emails
