Owner Statement Drill Down (VRTrust)

Click into any owner statement subtotal to see the underlying general ledger activity.

Owner statements in VRTrust now include clickable subtotals. Instead of running a separate GL Detail report to investigate a number, you can click directly into any line on the statement to see the journal entries behind it.

What you can drill into

You can click on any subtotal to open the underlying GL activity. (e.g. a specific fee or expense category)

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Statements and open an owner statement.

  2. Click any subtotal amount on the statement.

  3. A GL Detail panel opens, showing the individual journal entries that make up that amount — including date, account, listing, and description.

  4. Use this view to verify the underlying transactions or identify anything unexpected before publishing.

Why it matters

Rather than running a separate GL Detail report and manually matching the filters, this drilldown allows users to trace a statement total back to its source in just one click. The context is pre-set based on the line you clicked, so you see only the relevant activity.
