VRTrust supports editing existing financial and fee adjustments directly within a reservation without needing to delete and recreate the adjustment.
Who This Applies To: This article is intended for VRTrust users updating reservation-level financial or fee adjustments.
Open a Reservation
To edit an adjustment:
Navigate to Reservations
Open the reservation you want to review
Locate the Adjustment
Within the reservation drawer:
Scroll to the Financials section
Locate the adjustment you want to update
For example, review an existing cleaning fee adjustment.
Edit the Adjustment
To update the adjustment:
Select the pencil icon next to the adjustment
Update any available fields
Editable fields include:
Description
Adjustment amount
Posting date
For example:
Update the description to reflect a mid-stay cleaning fee
Adjust the amount as needed
Save the Changes
Once updates are complete:
Select Save
The reservation financials will immediately reflect the updated adjustment values.
