Overview
Listing opening balances can be imported directly from CSV. After import, listing data automatically refreshes to reflect the newly imported balances.
How to Import Listing Opening Balances
Navigate to Settings
Click Opening Balances
Locate the card for Add Starting Balances for All Listings
Select Review listings
Click Upload CSV
Download the CSV Template
Fill out the template with the required information
Upload your CSV file containing opening balance information
Complete the import process
Once finished, the listing data refreshes automatically.

This improves onboarding efficiency for teams migrating multiple listings into VRTrust and reduces manual opening balance entry.
