This guide walks through how to upload deposits in VRTrust using the import modal. This feature allows you to upload deposit data quickly using supported source formats or a standard template.
Step 1: Navigate to the Deposits Page
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Deposits.
Step 2: Open the Import Modal
Click Import in the upper-right corner of the page to open the import window.
Step 3: Select Your File Format
In the import modal, choose the CSV format that matches your file.
Select from supported formats (e.g., Booking.com, Guesty)
If your source is listed, you can upload your file directly without reformatting
Step 4: Upload Your CSV File
Upload your file into the modal.
Make sure to select the correct date format used in your CSV
This ensures the data is processed accurately
Step 5: Use the VRPlatform Template (If Needed)
If your file does not match a supported format:
Download the VRPlatform template from the import modal
Enter your deposit data into the template
Upload the completed file
Step 6: Process the Import
Once uploaded, the system will automatically process the file based on the selected format.
