VRTrust users with Guesty can automatically sync reservation payments into VRTrust as deposits. This workflow helps ensure your payment data flows seamlessly into your accounting system—reducing manual work and improving accuracy.
Where to Find the Workflow
To access the Guesty payment sync workflow:
Go to the Connections page
Select Guesty (must be connected)
Navigate to the Workflows tab
Here, you’ll see the Guesty Reservation Payments → VRTrust Deposits workflow.
How the Workflow Works
This workflow pulls reservation payments from Guesty and records them in VRTrust as deposits.
It uses:
Booking channel filters (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Direct)
Payment method filters (e.g., Credit Card, Check, E-Check)
A designated deposit bank account
Configuring the Workflow
To customize how payments sync:
Click the Settings button on the workflow
Choose Sync Frequency
Enable automatic syncing every 24 hours
Or run the workflow manually at any time
Select Deposit Bank Account
Choose the bank account where deposits should be recorded in VRTrust
Set Booking Channel Filters
Control which reservation payments are included based on booking source.
Set Payment Method Filters
Choose which payment types should sync into VRTrust.
Running the Workflow
You have two options:
Automatic: Runs every 24 hours (if enabled)
Manual: Click Run now to sync immediately
