VRTrust allows property managers to preview the Owner Portal exactly as owners see it. This is helpful for reviewing statements, confirming settings, and answering owner questions with confidence.
Before You Start
The owner must be invited to the Owner Portal.
The owner must have accepted their invitation before the portal can be previewed.
If the owner has not accepted their invite yet, the preview option will not be available.
How to Preview the Owner Portal
Navigate to the Owners page in VRTrust.
Select the owner you want to view.
Click the ellipsis (β―) menu next to the owner.
Select Owner Portal.
This opens a preview of the portal as it appears to the owner.
What You Can View in the Owner Portal Preview
From the preview, you can see exactly what the owner has access to, including:
Owner Statements
All available owner statements
Statement summaries for selected periods
Calendar (if enabled)
A calendar view showing reservations and availability
Calendar access depends on your Owner Portal settings
Reservations (if enabled)
Reservation details synced from the property management system
Files
Files uploaded by you (the property manager)
Files uploaded by the owner
