This article explains how to perform bulk actions on reservations in VRTrust, including refetching reservation data and refreshing journal entries.
When to Use This
Use these bulk actions when you need to:
Pull the most up-to-date reservation data from your Property Management System (PMS)
Rebuild journal entries after configuration or mapping changes
Ensure reservation financials reflect the latest information
Navigate to the Reservations Page
From the main menu, open the Reservations page.
Review the list of reservations.
Refetch Reservations in Bulk
Select the reservations you want to update.
From the bulk-action modal at the bottom of the screen, click Refetch Reservations.
Click Yes to confirm.
This will pull the latest reservation data from the connected Property Management System.
Refresh Journal Entries in Bulk
Select the reservations you want to update.
From the bulk-action modal, click Refresh Journal Entries.
Click Refresh to confirm.
This action will regenerate the general ledger journal entries for the selected reservations.
