Need to log a reservation outside of your usual workflow? Manually adding a reservation ensures that no booking slips through the cracks and that your reservation data stays complete and accurate.
Step 1: Open the Reservations section from the left-hand navigation.
Step 2: Click Add a reservation.
Step 3: If you have a reservation URL, paste it into the provided field.
Step 4: If the system can’t find the reservation, choose to add manually. Fill in the required fields: Listing name, Guest name, Booked at date, Checked in, and Checked out.
Step 5: Optionally, enter the Confirmation code, select the Booking Channel, and update the Status as needed.
Step 6: Hit Submit to add your reservation to the list.
Manually adding reservations helps keep your records accurate and prevents missing important bookings, even when they come from outside your standard platforms.
