Explore the new Owner Statement Summaries report to get a comprehensive view of each owner's annual activity. This report highlights income, expenses, and transfers, grouped by listings, months, booking channels, or reservations—making it easy to track full-year financial performance.
Step 1: Go to the Reports tab.
Step 2: Click Owner Statement Summaries Report.
Step 3: Select the year you want to view, such as 2025. The system generates an Owner Statement Summary for each owner.
Step 4: Click an Owner to open their report.
Step 5: Explore the default view, which lists all components of each Owner Statement by listing.
Step 6: Use grouping options to organize data by month. See each statement value issued to the owner every month in 2025.
Step 7: Group by Booking channel to break down totals by sources like Airbnb, Direct, VRBO, and Unassigned Channels.
Step 8: Choose to view by Reservation for a breakdown of owner statement values by each booking made during the year.
Step 9: Scroll to see detailed sections for expenses, adjustments, and total transfers issued to the owner for the year.
The Owner Statement Summaries report makes it easy to view consolidated owner earnings and payouts for the year.
