How to Reconnect Your Booking.com Account to VRPlatform and Retrieve Missing Payouts
If your Booking.com connection in VRPlatform displays a red "X" icon in the Status column on the Connections page, it means your Booking.com connection needs to be reestablished, and any missing payouts must be fetched. Follow these steps to reconnect:.
To reconnect Booking.com to VRPlatform follow the steps below:
Step 1: Verify Your VRPlatform Connect Browser Plug-In
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the VRPlatform Connect browser plug-in. The current version is 1.3.25. If you are not on this version, please update the plug-in before proceeding.
Step 2: Reconnect to Booking.com
Open the VRPlatform Connect browser extension pinned in your toolbar.
Select your Booking.com connection, which will redirect you to the Booking.com login page.
Step 3: Log in and Fetch Payouts
Enter your Booking.com login credentials.
Once logged in, return to the VRPlatform Connect plug-in.
Select the "Fetch Payouts" option to retrieve any missing payouts.
Step 4: Refresh the Payments Page
After fetching the payouts, refresh your Payments screen in VRPlatform. Please note that it may take some time for the payouts to appear on the Payments page.
