In this article, we will guide you through the step-by-step process of generating owner statements. Let's get started!

Statements
If you have never generated an owner statement before, the Statements screen will look similar to this:
To generate an owner statement click on the Generate Statements button at the top of the screen.
In the slideout that appears, select the Month you want to generate statements for using the drop down menu at the top.
Select the listings you would like to generate statements for by checking the boxes next to the listings displayed in the table. Use the search box above the table to search for a particular listing.
Click the blue Run button at the top to generate the statements. You will see a completed message once the statements have finished.
Click outside of the slideout window to go back to the main Statements screen to view the statements you just generated.
Note: You may need to manually refresh your browser to view the statements.
To view a statement, click on any field to the right of the Owners column.
You can use the filters at the top to switch to another statement, or go back to the main statements screen.
What does "Draft" mean?
When statements are first created, they are put into the Draft status. Statements in this status are fully editable. The status should be updated as it moves through the review cycle.
