The system can automate invoices at either the check-in date or the check-out date. The various revenue line items within your automated invoices are allocated to either the owner payable accounts on the balance sheet (for owner income) or the profit and loss statement (for property management income). The class dimension in your invoice ensures that each revenue line item is directed to the correct listing.
