The user impersonation feature in VRP allows you to view the owner portals from the owners' perspective.
To view the owner portals using the owner impersonation feature, perform the following steps:
Navigate to the Owners page in VRP and select the User Access tab
Select the owner you would like to view, hover over the ellipsis (three dots) and select "User Impersonation."
View the owner's portal and to exit select the "x" highlighted below to go back to your VRP environment.
