Once your Payment Journal Entries Automation is setup and live, your Airbnb and Stripe deposits will automatically flow into Quickbooks. It is important to note that all deposits after your go live date should be captured through the automations.

Below is a screen shot of how your Airbnb (yellow highlights) and Stripe (blue highlights) deposits should present in your bank feed once your integration is turned on.

Simply click "Match" - it's that easy.

NOTE - if you see an airbnb or stripe deposit in your bank feed with a suggested match that is not a journal entry, DO NOT match that transaction. ONLY MATCH STRIPE AND AIRBNB DEPOSITS TO JOURNAL ENTRIES. This is crucial to accurate accounting records
