How to enable and disable listings

Answering the question of "Why can't I find my listing?"

In this article, we'll walk you through the process of managing your listings effectively by enabling or disabling them. By default, when your listings are synced to VRPlatform, they are marked as Disabled to provide you with full control over their visibility. Disabled listings are not included in the listing count as it pertains to billing, any listing in the disabled status will not be included as apart of monthly charges.

Enable Listings

  1. From the Listings page, click the Status button and select Disabled.

  2. Locate the disabled listing(s) you would like to enable and select the check box to the left of the listing.

  3. Click the Update status button at the top right of the listings table.

  4. In the window that appears, ensure the Status selector is set to Enabled and click the Submit button.

  5. The listing will now be displayed on the enabled listings page.

Disable Listings

  1. From the Listings page, locate the listing(s) you would like to disable and select the check box to the left of the listing.

  2. Click the Update status button at the top right of the listings table.

  3. In the window that appears, set the status selector to Disabled and click the Submit button.

  4. The listing will now be displayed on the disabled listings page.
