With the ability to archive and delete owner users, VRPlatform is providing more control and flexibility than ever before. In this article, we'll walk you through step-by-step on how to complete these tasks.
Archive an Owner
Archiving an owner rather than deleting them allows you to preserve historical data associated with that individual. Below are the steps needed to archive an owner.
From the Owners screen, search for the owner you want to archive.
Select the owner to open the owner details panel.
Hover over the 3 dot icon in the top right and select Archive.
In the pop-up window that appears, click the Archive button to confirm.
Delete an Owner
You can only delete an owner who does not have any owner statements.
From the Owners screen, search for the owner you want to delete.
Select the owner to open the owner details panel.
Hover over the 3 dot icon in the top right and select Delete.
In the pop-up window that appears, click the Delete button to confirm.
