If you're interested in updating your password (or can't remember it!), this article will walk you through the process. There are two methods, depending on your needs. Let's take a closer look at each one.
Forgot Password Link
If you're unable to recall your current password, don't worry. Follow these steps to reset it.
From the login page of VRP, select the Forgot Password link.
Input the email address associated with your VRP account and click the Send Email button.
You will recieve a validation code at the email address you input in the previous step. NOTE: If you do not see the email in your inbox, please also check your Spam folder.
In the window that appears, input the code, a new password and confirm.
Upon confirming, you will be logged into the VRPlatform Owner dashboard.
You can now use the newly updated password to login to your account!
Update Password via Settings
This method assumes that you know your current password. You will need this in order to set up a new password using this method.
Navigate to the settings page by selecting your email login at the bottom of the navigation menu, then clicking Settings in the menu.
Click on Security under the User Account section on the settings navigation.
Click the Change password link.
Complete the form to create your new password, and then click Continue.
Click Finish to complete the process.
The next time you login to VRP, use the updated password.
