Improved PDF Exports for Statements (VRTrust)

Statement PDF exports are faster, more consistent with the portal, and more reliable for large batches.

We improved how VRTrust generates PDF exports for owner statements, owner statement summaries, and property-manager statements, making them faster to generate, more consistent with what you see in the portal, and more reliable for large batches.

What's better

  • Quicker everyday downloads. Typical single-statement and normal-sized batch exports render with fewer moving parts, so you get your file faster.

  • PDFs that match the portal. Branding, page layout, table headers, summaries, and grouped sections are refreshed to line up with what you see on screen in VRTrust.

  • More reliable large exports. Bigger batch exports (for example, a full year of owner summaries across many owners) are processed in a way that avoids partial or corrupted files.

A note on very large exports

To keep exports fast and reliable, there are some sensible upper bounds on batch size — for example, date ranges are limited to 60 months and comma-separated selections to 100 values per export. These limits are well beyond typical usage (a normal monthly or annual export is unaffected); if you regularly need something larger, reach out to support.

What stays the same

Your existing screens, saved exports, and any API integrations that pull statement PDFs keep working exactly as before.
