API Access: VRPlatform vs. VRTrust
Overview
API access is not available for VRPlatform users. The API and API token functionality is only available in VRTrust.

What Is the API Used For?
The VRTrust API allows users to integrate VRTrust data with external systems, build custom workflows, and access trust accounting data programmatically. API tokens are generated and managed within VRTrust under Settings > Integrations > API Tokens.
I See an API Tokens Page in VRPlatform — Why?
If you navigate to /settings/integrations/api-tokens within the VRPlatform portal, note that API token generation and developer API documentation are features of VRTrust, not VRPlatform. If you need API access, you will need to use VRTrust.
