The VRPilot Onboarding Guide is a slide-in sidebar inside VRTrust that gives your whole team a clear, ordered checklist for getting set up. It routes you to the right screen for each setup step and highlights the action to take once you're there, so nothing gets missed during initial setup.

VRPilot opens as a sidebar guide from within VRTrust after you create your account.

How It Works
We recommend completing the steps in order, but if you need to, you can select any step and VRPilot will route you to the right place in VRTrust to complete it.
Where possible, VRPilot highlights the specific action to take once you land on the right screen.
Progress is tracked team-wide, so anyone on your team can pick up setup where a teammate left off without losing progress.
Steps are marked complete automatically where VRTrust can detect it from your data, and can otherwise be marked done, skipped, or hidden manually.
Turning Off the Guide
If your team doesn't want to use VRPilot, a team admin can disable or hide the guide entirely from Settings > Team Settings.
Common Questions
Can I skip a step and come back to it later?
Yes. You can skip any step and return to it later, and your progress on other steps is preserved.
Why don't I see the guide?
Currently the guide is enabled for teams when they begin onboarding. If you don't see it in your account, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Can I turn off the guide?
Yes. If your team doesn't want to use the VRPilot onboarding guide, a team admin can disable or hide it entirely from Settings > Team Settings.
