Who This Applies To: Property managers using VRTrust to create and share owner statements.
Overview
VRTrust allows you to customize the contact information that appears on owner statements without changing your team's general contact information.
This is useful if you want owners to contact a dedicated accounting, owner relations, or support email address, or if you want owner statements to display a different mailing address than the one listed on your account.
If you don't configure custom owner statement contact information, VRTrust will continue using your existing team email and mailing address found under Settings > General.
No changes are required for existing teams.
Configure a Custom Owner Statement Address
Navigate to Settings.
Open Owner Statement Settings.
Locate the Statement Address section.
Click the toggle to configure a custom address
Enter the mailing address you want displayed on owner statements.
Save your changes.
This address will appear on owner statements and exported statement PDFs.
If no custom statement address is configured, VRTrust automatically uses your team's default address.
Configure a Custom Owner Statement Email
Navigate to Settings.
Open Owner Statement Settings.
Locate the Statement Email field.
Click the toggle to configure a custom email
Enter the email address you want displayed on owner statements.
Save your changes.
Once saved, all newly generated owner statements will display this email address.
If this field is left blank, VRTrust automatically uses your team's general email address.

After updating your owner statement contact information, you can verify the changes by:
Previewing an owner statement
Viewing an owner statement PDF
Exporting owner statements
All owner statement previews, PDFs, exports, and generated statements will display the configured statement contact information.
Important Considerations
Custom owner statement contact information only affects owner statements and related exports.
Your team's general Email and Billing Address remain unchanged.
Existing teams will continue to behave exactly as before until custom owner statement contact information is configured.
If a custom statement email is removed, VRTrust automatically falls back to your team's general email.
If a custom statement address is removed, VRTrust automatically falls back to your team's default address.
