Getting your owner statement as a property owner (VRPlatform)

Audience: Property owners whose property manager uses VRPlatform, and who want to view, download, or print their owner statement.


What is an owner statement?

An owner statement is a monthly summary prepared by your property manager that shows your property's income, expenses, and net payout for a given period. Your property manager generates this statement using VRPlatform and shares it with you through the Owner Portal.


Who is VRPlatform support for?

VRPlatform is a software platform used by property managers to manage their vacation rental accounting. VRPlatform's support team handles technical issues for property managers — not for property owners directly.

  • Your account access

How to access your owner statement online

Your property manager may have set up an Owner Portal — a secure, self-service page where you can log in and view your statements anytime.

  1. Check your email for an invitation from your property manager to access the Owner Portal. The email will include a link to set up your account.

  2. Log in to the Owner Portal using the link and credentials provided.

  3. Navigate to the Statements section to view your monthly statements.

  4. To download a PDF of your statement, click the statement you want to view and look for a Download or Print option.

Don't have access? If you haven't received an invitation or can't log in, reach out to your property manager — they control Owner Portal access and can send you an invite or resend your login link.


How to get a printed or paper copy

VRPlatform is a digital platform and does not mail paper statements. If you'd like a printed copy:

  1. Self-serve: Log in to the Owner Portal, open the statement, and use your browser's print function (File → Print, or Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) to print or save as PDF.

  2. Ask your property manager: Contact your property manager directly and request that they print and mail a copy to you, or email you a PDF.


Frequently asked questions

I can't log in to the Owner Portal. What should I do? Contact your property manager. They manage your Owner Portal access and can resend your invitation or reset your login.

I never received an Owner Portal invitation. Your property manager controls whether the Owner Portal is enabled and who gets access. Reach out to them to request access.

My statement shows an amount I don't understand. Contact your property manager — they can explain any line items, charges, or fees shown on your statement. VRPlatform support cannot speak to your manager's business decisions or specific expenses.

Can VRPlatform support send me my statement? No. VRPlatform support does not have access to your statement data and cannot send or retrieve statements on your behalf. Your property manager is your contact for all statement requests.


For technical issues with the Owner Portal (login errors, display problems), your property manager can contact VRPlatform support on your behalf.
