VRTrust now includes Source filters on both the Bank Feed and Transactions tabs to provide additional visibility into how records were created, matched, or imported.
Who This Applies To: This article is intended for VRTrust users reviewing bank feeds and ledger transactions during reconciliation workflows.
Filter Records on the Bank Feed Tab
To review Bank Feed source filters:
Navigate to Bank Reconciliation
Open the Bank Feed tab
The Bank Feed tab displays bank records imported through:
Connected bank feeds using Plaid
Manual CSV uploads
Use the Source Filter
Within the Bank Feed tab:
Open the Source filter
You can now filter records based on how they were created or matched.
For example:
Filter records matched through a Bank Rule
The list will update to display only records processed automatically through existing bank rules.
Filter Transactions by Source
Next:
Open the Transactions tab for the same bank account
Open the Source filter
The Transactions tab displays ledger-side transactions created within VRTrust.
Available source filters include:
Bank Rules
Manual UI entries
Integration-created transactions
For example, you can filter transactions created through Lynnbrook to isolate imported deposit activity.
Why Source Filters Matter
These filters help provide visibility into:
Where transactions originated
How records entered the system
Which transactions were automated versus manually created
