The bulk PDF export for Owner Statement Summaries has been updated to give you more control over which owners are included and which layout is applied before generating your files.
What's new
Owner selection: Instead of exporting all currently loaded owners automatically, you can now choose a specific subset of owners before starting the bulk export.
Layout selection: When multiple statement layouts are available, you can now select which layout to use. The chosen layout is applied consistently across every PDF generated in the export.
ZIP download: When exporting statements for multiple owners, your files are still packaged and downloaded as a single ZIP archive.
How to use it
Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu and open Owner Statement Summaries.
Click Export in the upper-right corner.
Select Download PDFs from the export menu.
Choose the owners you want to include in the export.
If multiple layouts are available, select the layout you want applied to all generated PDFs.
Click to generate — your PDFs will be bundled into a ZIP file ready to download.
