When reviewing Owner Statement Summary reports, you can freeze specific columns in the Net Owner Revenue table so they stay visible as you scroll horizontally. This makes it easier to track key fields alongside financial and reservation data spread across many columns.
How to Freeze Columns
Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu.
Select Owner Statement Summaries and open the report you want to review.
Once the report loads, locate the Net Owner Revenue table.
In the upper-right corner of the table, click the layout icon.
From the dropdown, select the columns you want to freeze. Selected columns will remain fixed in place as you scroll horizontally through the report.
How to Unfreeze Columns
Click the layout icon in the upper-right corner of the Net Owner Revenue table.
Select the frozen column again to remove the checkmark. The column will immediately return to normal scrolling behavior.
Changes take effect immediately, giving you a more streamlined way to review your statement summaries.
