VRTrust makes it easy to export data from any page that displays a list or table. CSV exports are available throughout the platform, including areas such as the Bank Feed, Transactions, Deposits, Expenses, Reservations, Listings, Owners, and various reports.
Export Data from Any List or Table
Navigate to any page in VRTrust that contains a list or table of data.
Locate the Export button in the upper righthand corner of the page.
Click Export to download the data currently displayed as a CSV file.
The exported CSV will reflect exactly the data shown on the screen at the time of export, making it easy to review, share, or use outside of VRTrust.
Export Owner Statement Summaries
Within Owner Statement Summaries, additional export options are available:
Navigate to Reports and open Owner Statement Summaries.
From the overview screen, click Export to choose between:
Exporting the list view of summaries, or
Exporting the detailed report data as a CSV.
Additionally, you can click on an owner statement summary and download the report as a CSV from the ellipses in the upper righthand corner.
Export Owner Statements
From Owner Statements, you can export both the summary list and the detailed statement data using the same Export option available on that page.

Other Areas with Export Support
CSV export functionality is also available in additional areas of VRTrust, including the Chart of Accounts and reservation mappings.
