The team switcher makes it easy to move between multiple teams across VRTrust and VRPlatform. Whether you're an accountant managing several clients, a property manager, or an owner, here's how to navigate it efficiently.
Locating the Team Switcher
The team switcher is found in the upper left-hand corner of the main navigation. Click your current team name to open the dropdown.
Understanding the Dropdown Layout
Once expanded, the dropdown is organized into two areas:
Recently Accessed — Appears at the top of the dropdown and displays the teams you've used most recently. This is especially helpful for accounting partners who switch between multiple client teams frequently.
Teams by Product — Below the recently accessed section, teams are grouped by product (VRTrust or VRPlatform), depending on where each team is set up.
Switching Teams
Click your current team name in the upper left-hand corner to open the dropdown.
Browse the Recently Accessed section for quick access, or scroll to find your team listed under VRTrust or VRPlatform.
Select the team you want to switch to. The currently active team is indicated by a checkmark.
The platform will update automatically to reflect the selected team.
Who Can Access Which Teams?
Owners and team members can only select teams they have been explicitly invited to. If you don't see a team listed, check with your administrator to confirm you have been invited.
