VRTrust Owner Statement decimal precision for percentage formulas in owner statement layouts

You can now set decimal precision for percentage formula columns in owner statement layouts, giving you cleaner, more consistent statement formatting.

Updated this week

VRTrust Owner statement layouts now support configurable decimal precision for percentage-based formula columns, giving you greater control over how figures are displayed on owner statements.

What's new

When building or editing an owner statement layout, columns of type Formula that output a percentage value can now be formatted with a specific number of decimal places. Inline formatting controls have been updated to make this adjustment quick and straightforward directly within the layout editor.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Settings and open your Statement Layouts.

  2. Select the layout you want to edit, or create a new one.

  3. Locate a column with the type set to Formula that returns a percentage value.

  4. Use the inline formatting controls to set your preferred decimal precision (for example, 0, 1, or 2 decimal places).

  5. Save your changes. The updated formatting will be reflected on any statements generated using this layout.

Why this matters

Consistent decimal formatting on percentage columns makes owner statements easier to read and reduces confusion when presenting management fees, splits, or other calculated rates to property owners.
