How to manually fetch data from connections

Re-sync data from your connections anytime

Updated today

In VRTrust, you can manually fetch data from your connected systems at any time to ensure your data is up to date.

How to Manually Fetch Data

  1. Go to Connections

  2. Find the connection you want to update

  3. Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the connection

  4. Select Fetch

Select What Data to Sync

After clicking Fetch, you’ll see a dropdown labeled Select data to fetch.

You can choose to:

  • Fetch all data types, or

  • Select specific data types to sync (e.g., Reservations, Listings, Tasks)

Data Type Behavior

  • When you fetch a data type with a date parameter, such Reservations, you can define a date range

  • VRTrust indicates how data is fetched, for example, based on the Booked At date

This allows you to control exactly which reservations are included in the sync

  • When you fetch a data type without a date parameter, such as Listings, the date range option is not shown

  • Since listings do not have associated dates, all listing data is fetched automatically

What This Means

This gives you clear control over how data is synced and ensures you always know exactly what will be updated when you trigger a fetch.
