In VRTrust, the Owner Statement Summary Report includes multiple viewing options by default.
However, when your Owner Statement Template is configured to aggregate net owner revenue, the summary report will automatically follow that same structure — and the option to view the report “by reservation” will be hidden.
This ensures consistency between:
What owners see on their statements
What is shown in the owner statement summary report
How It Works
1. Update Your Owner Statement Template
Go to Owner Statement Template
Locate the Net Owner Revenue section
Select the option to aggregate net owner revenue
Click Save
2. View the Owner Statement Summary Report
Navigate to Reports
Select Owner Statement Summaries Report
Choose an Owner
If net owner revenue is aggregated in the template:
The “By Reservation” option will be disabled
If you need to re-enable the “By Reservation” option, simply update your Owner Statement Template to show revenue at the reservation level instead of aggregating it.
