Multi-line expenses on PM statements

PM Statements in VRTrust now display expense line-level details for multi-line expenses, similar to how they appear on Owner Statements. This provides clearer visibility into what makes up each expense.


View Multi-Line Expense Details on a PM Statement

  1. From the left-hand navigation, click Statements

  2. Select the PM Statements tab

  3. Choose the month you want to review


Find the Expense in the Detail View

  1. In the Detail View, locate the relevant listing

  2. Use filters (such as the expense account) to narrow results

  3. Locate the expense line item (for example, Monthly E-Lock Fee)

You’ll see that the detail view reflects expense line information, not just the expense title.


Open the Full Expense Record

  1. Click the linked expense from the PM Statement

  2. The expense record opens, showing:

    • The full expense amount

    • All individual expense lines included in the total

This confirms how each line contributes to the overall charge.


Export Expense Details

  • The PM Statement detail table can be exported as a CSV

  • Exports include journal entry details, making it easy to review or share line-level information outside VRTrust
