This article explains how to navigate between different months and listings directly within the owner statement editor in VRTrust.
When to Use This
Use these navigation tools when you need to:
Review owner statements across multiple months
Quickly move between listings without returning to the main Statements page
Streamline month-end owner statement review and publishing
Open an Owner Statement
Navigate to the Statements page.
Select a listing to open its owner statement.
Switch Between Statement Months
At the top of the owner statement editor, you can see the current statement month.
To view a different month:
Click the month selector.
Choose another month (for example, November or December).
The owner statement will update to show the selected month.
Switch Between Listings
You can also move between listings without leaving the owner statement editor:
Locate the listing drop-down (for example, showing Beach Shack).
Click the drop-down.
Select another listing.
The owner statement for the selected listing will open automatically.
Best Practices
Review multiple months in sequence to catch trends or discrepancies.
Use the listing drop-down to quickly validate statements across your portfolio.
