First, request your API Key from Avantio:
Contact Avantio Support
Reach out to Avantio Support through one of the following:
Your Avantio Account Manager, or
Avantio’s official support portal
Request API Access
In your message, include:
Your company name
Your Avantio account ID (if available)
A request to enable API access
The platform you are integrating with (for example: VRTrust / VRPlatform)
Once approved, Avantio will provide:
An API key
In some cases, additional details such as:
API endpoint
Environment (production vs test)
Authentication instructions
Store these credentials securely.
Then connect in VRTrust:
Go to the Connections screen
Click Add a connection in the top right
Search for Avantio and click Connect
Enter your API Key
Click Connect to finish
You'll see a success message when the connection is complete.
