1. Navigate to the Owner's Page 0:03
Access the owner's page in VRTrust.
Ensure all owners are added and assigned to their respective listings.
2. Send Invitations to Owners 0:21
Select all owners to send invitations.
Confirm that the owner invite email template is configured in settings under emails.
3. Configure Owner Portal Settings 0:21
Ensure that the owner portal settings are fully configured before sending invitations.
4. Understand Invitation Link Usage 0:21
Note that each invitation link can only be used once to create owner portal credentials.
5. Bookmark Owner Portal URL 0:38
Advise owners to bookmark the URL: portal.vrplatform.app for easy access.
6. Monitor Invitation Acceptance 0:50
Owners have seven days to accept the invitation.
If the invitation expires, resend a new invite.
7. Track Active Owners 0:58
Once owners accept and create credentials, they will be marked as active in the system.
8. Resend Expired Invitations 1:05
To resend an expired invitation, select the owner and click the ellipses in the top right-hand corner.
9. Manually Send Invitation Link 1:14
If preferred, copy the invitation URL to send it manually via your communication method.
10. Manage Owner Access 1:23
After owners access the portal, manage their access as needed.
11. Revoke or Archive Owner Access 1:30
If necessary, revoke portal access or archive the owner.
12. Delete Owner from System 1:37
To delete an owner, select the delete function.
13. Statement Visibility 1:37
Remember, owners cannot see statements in their portal until they are in published status in VR Trust.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that owners are aware of the seven-day acceptance window for invitations.
Each invitation link is single-use; do not share links outside the intended recipient.
