Update existing contacts

The Email field acts as a unique contact reference ID. To update contacts that already exist in VRPlatform via CSV import, simply change the values in the columns that you wish to update, while providing the email address of the existing contact that you wish to update in the Email column. Any values in the existing contact will be replaced by the new values you provide in the CSV file, upon import.
