Connect your PMS: Booking Automation (VRTrust)

This article walks through the steps to connect Booking Automation to VRPlatform and VRTrust

Have an Admin user of Booking Automation complete the following steps:

  1. Login to Booking Automation

  2. Select "account" -> "account access" and find the API Key setup for VRP.

  3. Make sure the settings for the token used are EXACTLY with these settings:

    • API Key: keep unchanged

  4. API Key Access: allow whitelist IP only

  5. IP Whitelist: 185.52.2.198

  6. Allow Write: Yes

  7. Property Access: Owner or linked to this account

Note: If you have never connected Booking Automation before, you can copy another API key and paste it into this field, but you MUST CHANGE IT SLIGHTLY in order for it to work.

We suggest replacing the first 3 letters with "VRP" or "VRT"

8. Click Save

It should look like this:

Note: It is imperative that all listings in Booking Automation be assigned a PropKey. If they do not have one, data will not sync.
