Updated Integration with Hospitable

We're thrilled to announce a significant enhancement in our partnership with Hospitable, further expanding the possibilities of VRPlatform. Our latest update unlocks the full potential of this property management system within VRP, enabling users to seamlessly access and leverage comprehensive reservation and payment data. With this enhanced integration, you can now harness the power of Hospitable to its fullest extent, providing you with a unified and streamlined experience for managing your properties.

Help & Support Improvements

In our ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience on VRPlatform, we've implemented a series of updates to our help and support system. Notably, we've moved the help and support functionality from the chat bubble on the right-hand side of the interface to a more accessible location within the main navigation menu. This adjustment was made in response to user feedback and aims to provide a cleaner, less obtrusive user interface while ensuring that vital data displayed on the platform remains unimpeded.

Additionally, we're excited to announce our integration with Intercom, a leading customer support platform. This integration offers users direct access to chat support, allowing for a more seamless resolution of inquiries and issues.
