Access the owner portal

How owners can complete their account setup in order to access the owner portal.

In order to access the VRP owner portal, owners will need to be provided an email invite by their property management team.

Upon receiving your owner email invite to VRP, you will need to complete the following stpes to complete account setup.

  1. Click the Accept Invitation button from the email invitation sent from VRP. This will automatically direct you to VRP.

  2. Complete the fields in the Setup Account form displayed, to include a password to use for future logins.

  3. Once the form is complete, you will be automatically logged into the owner portal.

Going forward, you can access the VRP owner portal by visiting https://portal.vrplatform.app/ and logging in with the credentials you set up in the previous steps. We also recommend bookmarking this URL in your browser. NOTE: Owner Statements will only appear once they have been set to the Published or Posted status by your Property Management team. Owners can enable or re-enable email notifications for new statements by toggling the "Statement Notifications" option in the "Settings" section of their account. Even if notifications are turned off, statements can still be published and viewed directly in the portal..

Accessing and Viewing Statements

To view your statements:

  1. Log in to the VRPlatform Owner Portal.

  2. Navigate to the "Statements" section.

  3. Select the desired statement to view its details.

Managing Email Notifications

Owners can enable or re-enable email notifications for new statements by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the VRPlatform Owner Portal.

  2. Go to the "Settings" section in your account.

  3. Scroll to the "General" section at the bottom of the settings page.

  4. Toggle the "Statement Notifications" option:

    • Turn it on to receive an email when a new statement is published.

    • Turn it off to stop receiving email notifications.

  5. Your preference will save automatically.

Important Notes:

  • Only the owner can view or change this preference; property managers cannot modify it from the admin side.

  • Statements can still be published even if notifications are turned off. In this case, you can view the statement in the portal, but no email will be sent until notifications are enabled.

  • If you cannot log in, use the portal’s "Reset Password" option to regain access and update your preferences.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • Statement Not Visible: Ensure the statement has been published by the property management team. Contact your property manager for confirmation.

  • Email Notifications Not Received: Verify that the "Statement Notifications" toggle is turned on in your account settings.

  • Login Issues: Use the "Reset Password" option in the portal to regain access.
