Navigating Your Owner Portal

A tour of each section of the VRTrust owner portal and what you can do there.

Your owner portal is where you go to view your statements, reservations, and more. This article walks through each section of the portal so you know where to find what you need.

Note: Not every owner sees the same sections. Your property manager controls which features are turned on, so your portal may look a little different from this guide.

Statements

This is where your monthly owner statements live.

  • See all of your available statements, organized by period

  • Open any statement to see the summary, income, and expenses for that month

  • View statement summaries that consolidate multiple periods, such as a full year

  • Download a PDF copy of any published statement

Calendar (if enabled)

If your property manager has turned this on, you'll see a calendar showing reservations and availability at your property.

  • View upcoming and past bookings at a glance

  • Block dates for personal use or maintenance directly from the calendar, if your property manager has enabled this feature. Blocked dates sync automatically to their booking system.

Reservations (if enabled)

The Reservations page lists individual bookings at your property, synced directly from your property manager's booking system.

  • See guest stay dates, booking channel, and reservation status

  • If your property manager has enabled it, you'll also see financial details for each booking, like revenue and fees

Files

A shared space for documents related to your property.

  • Files your property manager has shared with you

  • Files you've uploaded yourself

Access

Manage who else can view your owner account.

  • Invite a co-owner, accountant, or other trusted contact as a view-only owner viewer

  • See the name, email, and invitation status of anyone you've invited

Settings

Manage your account details.

  • Update your contact information and entity type

  • Confirm your Tax ID (TIN) on file

  • Set your notification preferences, such as email alerts for new statements
