Owner viewers

Invite other individuals with view-only access to the owner portal

Owners and property managers can invite additional people to view the owner portal, making it easy to share access with spouses, business partners, accountants, or other authorized individuals.

Each invited Owner Viewer receives their own login credentials and can securely access the same owner information without sharing passwords.

Both owners and owner viewers can also manage their own notification preferences, allowing each person to choose which emails they would like to receive.

Invite an Owner Viewer

As an owner, you can invite other people to access your owner portal.

To invite an owner viewer:

  1. Log in to your Owner Portal.

  2. Open Access.

  3. Click the Invite Person button in the upper right hand corner.

  4. Enter the person's email address

  5. Click Invite Viewer to Owner Portal

The invited person will receive an email with instructions to create their own login and access the owner portal.


Manage Existing Owner Viewers

From the Access page, you can:

  • View all invited owner viewers

  • See the status of each invitation

  • Resend invitations

  • Remove owner viewers who should no longer have access

Removing an owner viewer immediately revokes their access to the owner portal.


Managing Notification Preferences

Every owner and owner viewer manages their own notification settings independently.

This allows each person to decide which email notifications they want to receive without affecting anyone else's preferences.

To update your notification preferences:

For Owners:

  1. Log in to the Owner Portal.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Enable or disable the notifications you would like to receive.

  5. Your changes are saved automatically.

For Owner Viewers:

  1. Log in to the Owner Portal.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Check the box if you would like to receive an email notification when monthly owner statements are published.


Important Notes

  • Each owner viewer has their own secure login.

  • Never share your password with another person.

  • Owners and owner viewers each control their own notification preferences.

  • Removing an owner viewer does not affect the owner's account or any other owner viewers.

Why should I invite an owner viewer instead of sharing my login?

What can owner viewers see?

Owner viewers have read-only access to the same owner portal information as the owner for that ownership, including calendar, statements, reports, files, and other information your property manager has made available.

Can owner viewers change another person's notification settings?

No. Notification preferences are personal to each account. Every owner and owner viewer manages their own settings independently.

Can I remove an owner viewer later?

Yes. Owners can remove owner viewers at any time from the Owner Viewers section of the Owner Portal. Once removed, that person will no longer be able to access the portal.
