To filter owner statements:
Open the Owner Portal
Navigate to the Statements section
Use the Listing dropdown filter

Active listings currently associated with the owner
Past listings where the ownership period has ended
This means you can quickly locate statements tied to all your properties, including ones that are no longer active.
