In VRTrust, you can filter reservations by specific financial line types included in the financials. This makes it easy to quickly review and take action on reservations that include particular fees or charges.
Access the Reservations Page
From the main navigation, click Reservations
The reservations table will load, showing all reservations by default
Filter by Financial Line Type
Above the reservations table, locate the filter bar
Click the Financials filter to open the dropdown
Scroll through the list or use the search field to find a specific line type
This allows you to immediately isolate reservations with that specific charge.
Review Reservation Details
Click into any reservation from the filtered list
Open the reservation details
Review the selected line type (for example, the early check-in fee) directly within the reservation
This confirms how the fee was recorded and included in the financials.

Open the Financial filter
Select Early Check-In Fee
The table will update to show only reservations that include this fee in the financials

Filtering reservations by financial line type helps you:
